Tom comes to us with over 20 years of experience in the incentives industry, Rennie brings sourcing expertise directly from the hotel industry, and while A.K. is from outside the incentives realm, he brings extensive client relationship experience from a variety of industries.

Tom brings over 20 years of experience in the incentives industry, most recently at BI Worldwide. Tom knows how to work intimately with clients to grow their business by changing the behaviors of their sales people, channel partners and customers. He translates strategic goals into actionable initiatives that influence perceptions and modify behaviors while applying the principles of behavioral economics. Tom has worked closely with Fortune 1000 clients developing behavior change & engagement programs which improve business performance for their respective sales channel, employees and customers. He has a strong understanding of the telecommunications industry as well as the automotive aftermarket sector.
Coming from the information technology and services industries, A.K. has a wealth of knowledge regarding all things tech, including SaaS. His goal is to strategically consult with organizations to increase sales and employee retention through employee engagement, sales & channel incentives, meetings & events and travel programs.
Rennie’s expertise comes directly from the hospitality industry. Her wealth of 25+ years of helping plan events/meetings and her experience working with brands such as IHG, Ritz-Carlton Hawaii, and most recently Prince Resorts Hawaii to include Mauna Kea Beach Hotel, Autograph Collection, has helped her understand what clients need when sourcing hotels and resorts. Whether you’re planning an intimate meeting or an elaborate convention, Rennie is committed to building a long term partnership resulting in positive results. Her deep understanding of the travel industry & commitment to customer service helps her exceed her clients’ expectations.
